I’m curious as simple as it might be if you are not able to eat the same meal everyday but you still make sure you chew, close your eyes, and engage can you still absorb the same benefits?

You don’t need to eat the same type of food everyday. You just need to select which meal you can practice this deep presence.

Consistency is key so ideally you would choose the same time of day for this practice (breakfast, lunch, or dinner).

If you can’t do the same time everyday then be sure to schedule it ahead of time so you keep with a daily practice.
