This class is for you if...
You keep repeating the same challenges in your relationships, but counseling hasn't helped, and you're at a breaking point.

You hold stress and pain in your body, or you're struggling with a health condition that treatment hasn't solved.

You know there's a link between your relationship stress and your health challenges, and you want to learn how to work through it and find freedom.

Laura's breakthrough
"I'd struggled with an autoimmune disease for more than a decade while working in the tech industry. I was challenged by my perfectionism, overstimulation, and adversarial work environments. I also found it difficult to exit relationships or jobs that were unhealthy for me. Amanda taught me how to use my body as a guide for decision-making. I immediately noticed some of my oldest patterns unwind and healthier ones emerge. I used the tools I learned to reorganize my home life and professional life, and the other day I felt joy inside of my body for the first time in years. It's in no small way because of my work with Amanda."
This is different from
what you've tried before...
It can be really discouraging to try therapy and treatment and still feel stuck in emotional patterns that cause physical dis-ease.
The reason most people struggle to breakthrough is that the health and wellness industries don't do much to help people identify the subconscious perceptions and unconscious beliefs that are the foundation from which our relationship dynamics, emotions, and body's stress responses stem.

The healthcare industry usually treats the physical body as if it's isolated from the mind - overlooking the fact that every emotion we feel is a chemical reaction in the body, which governs our physiological processes - including heart rate, breath patterns, blood flow, digestive function, immune function, hormone levels, tissue states, organ processes, and more.

Since emotions are these experiences that we have every single day, their chemicals are also moving through our bodies daily, having a continuous and direct impact on our physical health.

But it's not enough to just contact your emotions and talk about them. How many times have you done that, whether with a friend or therapist, only to find that the emotional triggers keep showing up in your life?

Recurring triggers are a sign that beneath your awareness, are hidden perceptions that cause you to interpret life situations in a way that produces familiar emotions and chemical stress in the body.

In this masterclass, you'll explore the 2 most overlooked aspects of the psyche, your sub-conscious perceptions formed in childhood and the un-conscious beliefs formed in moments of unexpected stress, sudden life change, or shocking events throughout your life.
These aspects of your psyche are hidden from your conscious mind, but they're very important because they control the way your brain interprets all information and experiences.
Without awareness of these processes, we can stay stuck repeating the same emotions for our entire lives, while the body keeps repeating the same chemical stress - eventually leading to disorders and dis-ease.

This is a free, pre-recorded class that will guide you through some self-inquiry exercises to help you access parts of yourself you weren't aware of before.

These self-discoveries, paired with a science-based approach for healing the psyche, body, and relationships as a connected whole, can help you dramatically improve your situation.

Chris's breakthrough
"The power of Amanda's support continues to ripple in my life. I would have never been able to move beyond the familiar constructs that I'd grown so attached to, including a job and long-term relationship that simply weren't allowing me to expand...
I've since made some drastic shifts. My mental habits have changed. I moved to a new city and have a new career that is far healthier for me. For once, I'm thinking about myself and not being distracted by giving all of my energy away to draining relationships. An important transition has happened, and I would not have this level of understanding and connection in my life if it wasn't for Amanda's impact."
I'm a Clinical Mind-Body Therapist and Trauma Specialist. While working in Chicago's health care sector, I helped clinics implement mind-body education and depression management services to improve patient outcomes. I later joined the Peace Corps to serve in South Africa.
That's where I met my teachers David Patient and Neil Orr. David was one of the first people to be diagnosed with AIDS. Doctors told him in 1983 that he had only 6 months to live and there was nothing that could save him.

Instead of accepting that grim prognosis, David pioneered his own treatment plans including nutrition, managing the body's stress responses, and healing the emotional baggage he'd collected throughout his life. This approach resulted in him outliving his fatal prognosis by 34 years.
David later partnered with Neil, a psycho-neuro immunologist whose scientific research verified the link between specific types of stress, emotions, and illness. The two co-authored the book, The Healer Inside You, and were consultants to the United Nations. My mentorship with this duo became the foundation for my work in helping people heal the mind and body as a connected whole.

I later mentored with a body-centered psychotherapist and studied with the world's leading experts on trauma in Dr. Bessel van der Kolk's Traumatic Stress Studies Certificate program.

Personally, I've dealt with my own suffering, and healed naturally from adult onset asthma, IBS, and complex trauma.

My experiences have illuminated 3 undeniable truths: emotions are chemical reactions that impact our bodies, relationships play a direct role in sickness and health, and to transcend relationship conflicts and/or chronic sickness, we must undergo a massive shift at the level of our unconscious and subconscious mind.

Today, I work remotely from my home in Guatemala to help people who've struggled in years of unsuccessful treatment finally unlock their pathway to healing.
