A holistic psychology approach
Hi, I'm Amanda. My passion for working with relationship challenges developed after 5 years of supporting clients 1-1 with healing from longstanding stress disorders. In each of their journeys, these individuals discovered that the roots of their stress were seeded early in life, when their
blueprint for relationships was still being formed.

Every human, whether you had a "great childhood," or a traumatic childhood, has an early-life imprint that heavily influences the way you show up in relationships. The subtle and often unspoken energy dynamics between caregiver and child, siblings, other influential figures with which you had contact, and the affection, apathy, or disdain that you witnessed in your home during those formative years all program your subconscious mind and nervous system. You then grow up to act according to that programming. No one is immune.

I often meet couples at their breaking point. In the beginning, they have a lot of pain, anger, and feelings of hopelessness about the conflicts that they can't seem to breakthrough. I always remind them that every
relationship is a mirror of our inner worlds... and if we do the deep individual work of understanding and healing the root causes of our triggers, we can find a news way to relate and communicate in our relationships.

My approach to couples therapy includes private individual sessions for each person throughout the month + a couple's session where you can apply your personal growth & understanding to your collective challenges.
